POPeter Odintsov / Resume
Hello — I build systems that make complex work simpler.

Infrastructure depth with a builder’s mindset.

IT infrastructure and operations professional with nearly 20 years across academic, clinical, and financial environments. I currently support a 386-endpoint Windows and macOS fleet at the University of Pennsylvania while building automation, internal software, and applied-AI systems that reduce operational friction. My background spans endpoint engineering, networking, virtualization, cybersecurity, AV, and hands-on support — from wiring closets to faculty and leadership conversations.
